A stabbing occurred early Tuesday on the Northwest Side of San Antonio, leaving a man in serious condition. The incident happened in the 6000 block of Ingram Road, near Callaghan Road. The man was stabbed multiple times, with the attack starting in a Dollar Tree parking lot and continuing across the street at a McDonald's.

A blood trail was left at the scene and a knife was found in the McDonald's parking lot. The victim was taken to a hospital after seeking help at a nearby bank. Two men fled the scene, but further details are not available.
