A plan to reduce water use has been put in place for several states. Arizona will face the largest reductions, while other states like Colorado and Utah are not affected at this time. The cuts are intended to conserve water over the next two years.

A significant amount of water will be saved through these efforts. Mexico has also agreed to reduce its water intake.
